Ad-Aware - Another great anti Spyware tool.

STICKIES - Another one of my favorites. A free program that makes little "sticky notes" kind of like a virtual "Post-it" Note. You can place them on your computer's desktop to remind you what you need to do that day. Incredibly easy to use.
